Coaches must submit their scheduling survey the week prior to the start of each scheduling period. SO, if your games are played on ANY date during the scheduling cycle, you should go ahead and submit your scheduling survey. Some coaches are concerned that they have not yet booked travel or housing; if that is the case for you, please still timely submit your survey. There is a place in the survey to let us know your plans, even if they are not yet confirmed. Coaches who have not submitted their survey may be skipped in the scheduling process!!!

Review our SCHEDULING NEWSLETTER for instructions on completing the survey.

We will work on each group in “small batches” of 10-15 teams. Once we believe we have achieved the best possible schedule for those teams, you will receive a call from your scheduler to go over your preliminary schedule. You will receive a text message the day prior to your scheduling call to confirm a time for your call. Scheduling calls take, on average 10 minutes; however, we ask you to set aside 30 minutes for the call.

Once you have your scheduling call, your scheduler will email you your preliminary schedule. That schedule will not change without you and your scheduler agreeing to the change. While change requests are rare, they do happen and we ask you to be as flexible (and understanding) as possible if your scheduler requests a change from you.

Do you have additional questions? Please contact JR at (407) 756-8138 or He will be able to assist you with general questions, on-boarding, etc. while our schedulers are focusing on preparing the schedule and making scheduling calls.
